The students’ work placements are mutually beneficial to both the students and the host organisations in many ways. The work placement students will provide extra assistance to the projects that host organisations are running. At the same time, it is a great way to test out potential future employees. Charter Australia receives very positive feedback from our host organisations that the student work placement program is contributing to their team dynamics and impacted positively on their staff engagement.

An employer is able to join the program and receive a range of services to connect you with our students, whether you are offering casual, part-time, or full-time work, or promoting student work placement program. Registered employers can choose to post job ads via Charter Australia’s Career Services English platforms or Chinese platforms or both.
Staff Training and Workforce Development
As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO ID: 41038) specialised in the aged care and community services sector, for years Charter Australia has been providing training for aged care service providers in their staff training and workforce development.
Charter Australia offers a range of thoughtfully designed and frequently updated qualification and skill set courses in aged care and community services.
