Our Story
Charter Australia creates life opportunities through education and training. Quality lies at the heart of everything.
Ming Chen founded Charter Australia in 2005 to provide training in Project Management. Since then Charter has evolved as a purpose-driven Registered Training Organisation (RTO) focusing on the health sector and community care.
Our mission is to improve lives by training the workforce that helps others, particularly children and the aged. We are also recognised for our English-language training.
Our commitment is to personalised, supportive training services that deliver confident, capable graduates to top tier employers.
