Job Referral Services for Employers
Charter Australia (RTO ID 41038) is dedicated to the highest quality professional training in health and community services. Each year, hundreds of our proud and passionate graduates start their career in the aged care sector as Assistants in Nursing. To best support our students in finding suitable employment, at the same time also supporting the rising workforce demand in the aged care industry – Charter Australia designed a Job Assist Program providing a seamless referral process for Charter’s graduates to aged care service providers.
Charter Australia's job referral process links our students and graduates with potential employers. The process consists of the following steps:
- Submit your job advertisement
- Agree to Charter Australia's job advertising terms and conditions
- Receive a range of services to connect you with our students, whether you are offering casual, part-time or full-time work, or promoting student work placement program. Registered employers can choose to post job ad via Charter Australia's Career Services English platforms or Chinese platforms or both.
Please note that the Charter Careers Services does not accept advertisements submitted by individuals or sole traders. Charter Australia reserves the right not to publish any of the advertisements received.
Promote your casual, permanent or full-time opportunity with an advertisement on Charter Australia's Job Board free of charge. Your advertisement will be viewable to all Charter Australia's students and the general public.
