Prior Learning and University Pathways

When you apply for Recognition of Prior Learning we’ll review your previous learning experiences – whether they’re formal qualifications or other types of non-formal and informal learning. You could get a head start for both entry into and credit towards your course.

Students with prior learning from another Registered Training Organisation based in any State/Territory of Australia may apply to have credit transferred to their Charter Australia's program which may fast-track their studies.

A USI is your individual education number for life. It also gives you an online record of your vocational education and training (VET) undertaken in Australia. 

When you complete a vocational qualification with Charter Australia, you can use credit towards a degree at university of higher education provider of your choice.
