With 120 hours of work placement and a mix of theory and practical training, you’ll gain the skills to work in aged care, disability support, respite services, home care and more.
CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Hybrid / Intensive Hybrid)
Designed for flexibility without compromising quality, this hybrid delivery model blends online learning with concentrated practical blocks. Complete the required 120 hours of practical placement while fitting study around your schedule (4–6 months).

CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
Step up into a leadership role in aged care. This level-4 qualification deepens your expertise in supporting older people with complex needs, including dementia and palliative care, while also preparing you to supervise care teams and coordinate services. You’ll also complete 120 hours of work placement.
CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support (with Credit Transfer)
Already hold CHC33021 (or equivalent)? Fast-track your Certificate IV with credit transfer — reduce your required learning time by recognising overlapping units. You’ll still gain the advanced capabilities to lead in aged care settings.
