English for Care Professionals

Overview

The program is tailored to give students the language skills to work in childcare settings, preparing them for the professional language needs of the industry. Students will focus on childcare topics and professional communication skills relevant to their career path.

  • Childcare Centre Tours
    Optional visits to local childcare centres, where students can gain valuable first-hand experience in Australia.

Course Duration & Delivery

  • Duration: 26 weeks (20 weeks tuition, 6 weeks break)
  • Students can commence at the beginning of each school term. 
  • 15 weeks intensive program is offered to working holiday visa holders as part of Charter Australia's Study and Work Program.
Pathways to Further Studies

Students may use the English for Care Professionals course as pathway to entry into a vocational qualification at Charter Australia. A number of qualifications are available for international students.
