Credit Transfer

Students who have previously completed nationally recognised training with another Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Australia may apply for credit transfer into a qualification offered by Charter Australia. Credit transfer may reduce the duration of study.

Credit transfer is the formal recognition of units of competency previously achieved through nationally recognised training.

In accordance with national recognition requirements, Charter Australia recognises AQF qualifications and Statements of Attainment issued by any Australian RTO.

  9. All credit transfer decisions will be provided to the student in writing within 10 working days of receiving a complete application.
  10. If a student disagrees with the outcome, they may access Charter Australia’s Complaints and Appeals Policy.
  11. All credit transfer records and supporting evidence will be retained on the student file in accordance with record-keeping requirements.
